Days *6/7*
Two days of desk work before some time off. Back to the chair that’s my home for too many hours in a day…
how’d I do?
You know, the flexibility is where I felt the best. So I did that on the last 2 days, since I got the most out of those exercises. I think [...]

Day *4*
Now this is where the challenge got interesting. You may know that I was at Podcasters Across Borders this weekend. (Canada’s premier podcasting conference, dontcha know!)  So that brought a whole new twist to this challenge.

Posted by Bob on June 22nd, 2009

Day *3* – a travel day!
Heading to a conference friday morning by driving for three hours made  finding the time to do the challenge a challenge in itself.
how’d I do?
I probably shouldn’t have – but I did do some of the flexibility stretches while driving the car. Hey, it’s 401 – not like there’s anything [...]

Posted by Bob on June 22nd, 2009

Day *2*
how’d I do?
Well, I didn’t do what I set out to do – I had said I’d work on strength, but I actually shared the 15 minutes somewhat equally between strength and flexibility.
For the strength exercise, I did something I’d never tried before : wall push-ups. What are those? they look like this:

It looks [...]

Posted by Bob on June 18th, 2009

Ok – so yesterday was Day *1* of the challenge,
how’d I do?
I went to the Fit in 15 site and looked for something that would be good for someone who spent ENTIRELY too much time at a desk in front of a computer. In the flexibility section,I found some good exercises to do in the [...]

Posted by Bob on June 18th, 2009

In case you don’t read the Podcasters Across Borders blog, we’ve just announced that Rickard’s White is a silver sponsor of PAB09.  In addition to contributing financially to the conference, they will be supplying the boat cruise with some free Rickard’s White.
How does a beer company fit in with a new/social media event? Well, our [...]

I’ve been invited by the Canadian Chiropractic Association (CCA) to be part of a “blogger challenge” to help “promote active living and encourage Canadians to spend at least 15 minutes a day on physical activity”..
15 minutes? In a row? Sure why not!
What’s the challenge? I’ll let them tell you:
“Each blogger will ideally agree to 15 [...]

18 hottest (or perhaps semi-warm) men on twitter

Posted by Bob on June 12th, 2009

My buddy Dave Delaney pinged me a little while ago to see if I’d like to help with a good cause. Apparently he needed pictures of hot twitter men for a good cause.  I’m all about trying to help, so before he either sobered up or changed his mind, I sent a picture, and now [...]
